My Mission

I’ve been where you are: Newly pregnant and confused about what’s safe for me, not sure what people are talking about when they say ‘pelvic floor’ training, unable to lose the baby belly postpartum... and that’s why I’m here.

I’ve made it my mission to bridge the gap and lack of care for women during their pregnancy and postpartum periods.

We ALL deserve to feel knowledgable and empowered during this amazing time in our lives!

Custom Prenatal Training by Trimester

This is NO basic prenatal plan.

This plan includes:

  • An initial body assessment by a certified prenatal and postpartum coach and pelvic health specialist.

  • A full trimesters-worth of custom workouts made for YOU.

  • Weekly check-ins to assess how your plan is working for you and adjust for modifications to help manage pregnancy symptoms, pain, and limitations.

  • Expertly planned and carefully curated workouts specifically for YOU and YOUR body. Feel comfort in knowing that you and your baby are getting the best care and are preparing in the best way you can for the marathon of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

  • A knowledgable and experienced coach who genuinely wants you to feel capable, strong, and confident in your changing body (because I’ve been there too girl)!

Custom Postpartum Training plan
from $160.00

This is where we bring motherhood back to YOU… because your health, happiness, and livelihood matters too mama!

Your custom postpartum program will include:

  • An initial body assessment by a certified prenatal and postpartum coach and pelvic health specialist.

-Including assessments for diastasis recti and pelvic positioning.

  • 1 month of personalized training to aide in your postpartum recovery and get you feeling strong, connected, and empowered.

-Deep core and pelvic floor training incorporated into your routine.

Can extend training program, discounts offered for longer commitments.

  • Weekly check-ins to assess how your plan is working for you and adjust for modifications to help manage postpartum aches, pains, and concerns.

  • Expertly planned and carefully curated workouts specifically for YOU and YOUR unique postpartum experience.

  • A knowledgable and experienced coach who genuinely wants you to feel capable, strong, and confident in your changing body (because I’ve been there too girl)!

In-person Prenatal or Postpartum Training with Custom Online Plan
from $299.00

For mothers or mothers to be located in the Denver area.

Get the MOST from your training with live in-person sessions.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 1-3 in-person training sessions per week in a location of your choosing.

-Option to train in your home, at your gym, or at my gym located in Northglenn, CO.

  • In-person body and fitness level analysis, including diastasis assessment and pelvic positioning assessment.

  • Custom in-app training plan, accessible from your phone.

-Includes exercises specific for YOU and the phase of motherhood you are in. Plan will change based on factors such as pain, discomfort, goals, and limitations.

-Plan to include personalized deep core and pelvic floor work.

  • Weekly check-ins: evaluating your plan, progress, and making changes where they are needed.
