Ready to UP your fitness alongside other motivated and ambitious mamas?? This class is for you!!
Get ready to experience a new excitement and love for fitness and your body with our twice per-week in-person classes!
These classes are strength based classes, with an emphasis on prenatal and postpartum care of course!
-We will pair our weight training with core work, pelvic floor work, hip strengthening, mobility and agility work, and breathing techniques to create the ultimate workout for moms in ALL stages!
-Class sign-up also includes a once per month zoom call: Goal setting, motivation, education will all be discussed HERE.
No sitter? Our gym is kid and baby friendly! Bring your kiddos and any equipment you need (stroller, carseat, bouncer, toys) and we’ll all laugh and embrace the chaos together!
This class is is for the mommies who are ready to hit their goals, build their community, and feel confident and empowered in their body!!

**Receive weekly deep core and pelvic floor programming made specifically for pregnant and postpartum mamas!**
This product is for YOU if you:
-Want to strengthen your core and PF post-birth
-Want to strengthen your core and PF in preparation for birth
-Want to ‘close the gap’ and speed diastasis recti healing (or help to prevent excessive diastsis recti during pregnancy.)
-Want to rid yourself of the dreaded ‘lower belly pooch’ that just won’t go away!
-Have prolapse, urinary incontinence, pelvic dysfunction, and/or sexual dysfunction after baby.
-Want to learn to understand your body and be more intentional and in-tune with your core and PF during movements.
~Once you have signed-up you will receive weekly workouts sent out on Sunday evenings. Workouts are meant to be performed 2-3x per week for best results.~
